This offer is valid on the hire portion only of any costume(s) hired, including any theatrical, novelty items, or wigs purchased.

We’re offering a 15% discount on bulk hire of ten (10) costumes or more.
At least ten costumes must be hired at one time to receive this discount.

We accept credit cards, cash and bank guaranteed cheque. Debit cards accepted for hire portion only.
Conditions of Hire UPDATED JUNE 2014
The hire period is seven (7) days or part thereof (i.e. Whether the costume is used for an hour or a week it is the same price). Hired Items kept longer that the stipulated hire period on your invoice will be charged for accordingly as “LATE RETURNS”.We regret no confirmed bookings over the phone or via email unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner or manager at their discretion. Customers need to visit the shop, try on the costumes to check whether they fit and are suitable for their requirements and leave a deposit to secure a booking.
PLEASE take note that NO COSTUME ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED until proof of payment by EFT has been received before or on fetching your costumes. Deposits paid by EFT will be refunded back into your accounts via EFT.
A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE LEFT FOR EACH AND EVERY COSTUME OR COSTUME ITEMS HIRED. Unless prior arrangement has been made, we are no longer able to process manual deposits with credit card vouchers to facilitate these deposits.
Deposits may be paid in cash or we can process the entire emount via your debit or credit card and then on safe and timeous return of ALL the items you hired, within the stipulated weekly charge on your invoice, we will refund your deposit back onto your credit card. ONLY in the event that you paid your deposit by CASH may we refund you back in CASH (unless prior arrangement has been organised with the owner or manager). The reason for this is that we, as a company are compromised and burdened with extra debit and credit card charges for banking the refundable deposits into our accounts. Credit cards and cash are accepted for refundable deposits. If you which to arrange payment via EFT before fetching the costume items, this can be arranged in advance.UNRETURNED OR LOST COSTUMES WILL BE CHARGE AT THE FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE THEREOF AS WELL AS PENALTY CHARGES AS PER THE STIPULATED WEEKLY FEE.
Advanced BOOKINGS may BE MADE A MAXIMUM OF 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE.
